Building Organizational Resilience In Collaboration With London Business School

GBM conducted an Executive Education Program Building Organisational Resilience in collaboration with London Business School. The program focused on developing senior management understanding of strategic, operational and behavioral resilience. It was designed to hone the skills needed to lead effectively in times of a crisis. The blended learning experience was a mix of self-directed modules coupled with live interactive webinars for GBM leaders.

Feras Al Majed, GBM’s VP Human Resources commented – “Our long standing relationship with LBS to develop our executives and high potential leaders has allowed us to collaborate on this innovative learning intervention which was delivered remotely and was well received by our management team and we hope will stand us in good stead and allow us to be better equipped to navigate through this crisis.

LBS Program Director David Lewis said – “Organisational resilience requires the integration of the strategic, operational and behavioral perspectives. To work with senior executives from Gulf Business Machines, who understand the importance of challenging convention, experimenting with new ideas and taking decisive action, is both rewarding and a great pleasure.”
